Terms and Conditions of Renting Amenities and Equipments of Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam
- Applications to rent amenities and apparatus/equipments should be sent out at least 14 days earlier than the date of use. Late applications will not be considered.
- Renting amenities and equipments’ applications are only allowed for Government Department’s official use, Government Agencies / Pensioners are only allowed for personal use according to exceptional rules by the Council.
- Renting amenities and equipments for personal use is not allowed, however it can be reconsider by the Council with exceptional terms.
- Applicants must pay the rental fees at least 7 days before the date of use and failure to do so may cause approval to automatically be denied.
- Renting periods are fixed by hourly rate and the payment rate as stated in approval and any over time use during the renting period will be charged.
- Applicants must ensure the conditions of the equipments to be safe, clean and comfortable before, during and after use.
- Applicants must arrange and tidy up all equipments and amenities before and after use. Arrangements and cleaning up by the Council’s workers will be charged.
- All buildings and its surrounding are NON SMOKING area.
